We have had the privilege to pray in over a half-dozen denominational churches, over a half-dozen non-denominational churches and ministries, and a city park. Though we don’t all worship the same, our common bond has been our relationship with Christ and our desire to pray for and see transformation come to our precious city, and specifically the Westside target area. Every venue held a special anointing, and our prayers for those congregations have greatly blessed them and their leadership, and hopefully served to build or strengthen relationships. We are reminded of chapter 4 of Ephesians which speaks of the body, fitly joined together, operating in their gifts, growing up or maturing into the fullness of Christ. Since we have been praying, we have seen God move dramatically in our target area. Here is a short list of all that we have seen God do since we began:

• Creation of two new SAPD departments targeting prostitution and robbery
• Gang injunction served on 33 gang members
• Formation of Kid’s Club, with over 100 children responding to Christ

• Beginning of Children In Prayer

• Churches being filled to over-capacity

• Outpouring of the Holy Spirit in several of the churches in our target area resulting in salvations, healings and deliverances

• At least 4 known gang-bangers got saved, and 2 of them were baptized
• A local ‘shaman’ was arrested for animal sacrifice and aiding in prostitution, and his facility is scheduled for demolition as a result of that and code violations
• We have given opportunity for a variety of congregations and individuals to serve the Westside

• Spirit of poverty has been broken over the Westside, with the evidence seen in multiple generous donations given to various ministries in the target area, and locals becoming part of work programs
• National Night Out event put on as a united effort by various ministries in the target area won an award for the #1 National Night Out Event in San Antonio, the #2 event in the state, and the #3 event for a city the size of ours

• Continued partnership with the City Council Officials in the area
• Former gang “staging area” at Westend Park was demolished, and the city, Huggies, and Kaboom built a new playground in it’s place

• Hope has been restored to various Pastors and Ministry Leaders in the target area
• We hosted a dinner for target area Pastors and Ministry Leaders and had over 30 of them in attendance

 ..Rebuilding the ancient ruins and restoring the places long devastated; will renew the ruined cities that have been devastated for generations.  Isaiah 61:4
